E-mail is the only channel
You can write to us at [email protected]. We do not publish a phone number or a postal address, and the site has no chat or message form, because a small information guide does not need them. E-mail lets us read your note properly and keep a clear record of corrections. Please include the page address if your message is about something you read here, so we can find it quickly.
Good reasons to get in touch
We are happy to hear about anything that helps make Money Coming Rulebook more accurate or easier to read. Corrections to facts about Money Coming, reports of broken links, questions about the data described in our privacy and cookie pages, and suggestions for topics the guide should explain more clearly are all welcome. Please keep in mind that we can only answer questions about this website and its content.
Keep sensitive details out of e-mail
A good rule for any e-mail to a website you do not know personally: share only what the question needs. For us, that is usually a page address and a few lines of text. Please never send scans of identity documents, passwords, bank or card numbers, UPI IDs or one-time passwords. If you send something like this by mistake, tell us and we will delete the message.
Reading and replying
We read everything we receive. What happens next depends on the message. A confirmed mistake is corrected and the page date is updated. A question gets an answer where we can give one. Feedback is noted for the next review of the page. We cannot commit to a particular response time, but no message is ignored, and we never use your address for marketing.
Limits of what we can do
Money Coming Rulebook is an information guide, not a gaming operator. We have no access to any player account, wallet or transaction on any gaming platform, including sites reached through our links. That means we cannot help with logins, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, blocked accounts or disputes with a platform. Those questions must go to the company that runs the service. If gaming is causing you stress, our responsible gaming page lists free helplines.
